This page serves as a pointer to "smaller free stuff" on Chami.com. All the programs that aren't yet big enough to have their own pages are listed here, while the "bigger free stuff" can be found here.

Most of these programs were originally written for in-house use to solve a specific problem. Feel free to use them as you see fit. Please note that the following copyright and the disclaimer applies to all programs listed on this page.

ListEnv [string] [/?]

This command line program will simply display a list of environment variables, much like the SET command, except:

  • The list is double-spaced to make it easier to read.

  • If an optional text string is specified, the program will list only the environment variables containing (in the name or value) that text.

For example, following command:

LISTENV os

will output environment variables containing the string "os" such as:

OS=Windows_NT

Os2LibPath=C:\WINNT\system32\os2\dll;

[ Download listenv.exe (31k, 20-Aug-1998) ]
