What's the Build 300?

If you're using HTML-Kit Build 292 and see a reference to Build 300 when using the "Help | Check for Updates" option, please note that it's actually referring to HTML-Kit Tools, which is the new version of HTML-Kit.

HTML-Kit Build 292 and earlier builds use a different type of version numbers (build-based) compared to the version numbers used by HTML-Kit Tools. Because of this difference, update notices about HTML-Kit Tools are displayed as Build 300+.

If you've enabled automated checks for updates, you can disable notices about HTML-Kit Tools alphas/betas by unchecking the "Look for Betas" option on the "Startup" tab under "Edit | Preferences". This option does not apply to manual checks for updates.
