Is there a way to use the File Open Wizard after starting HTML-Kit?

 File Open Wizard
Given that it's enabled, the File Open Wizard appears when you start HTML-Kit. If you'd like to use it in the middle of using HTML-Kit, here's how it can be invoked on demand:

The following steps can be used to assign the File Open Wizard to a keyboard shortcut such as "Ctrl+Shift+Alt+O".
  • Select "Tools | Customize | Customize Keyboard Shortcuts" from the main menu.

  • Click the "Add" button.

  • Press a key (such as "Ctrl+Shift+Alt+O") or pick a key from the drop-down menu under the "Shortcut Key" field.

  • Click the "Menu command" radio button.

  • Select "MFileOpenWizard" from the drop-down list.

  • Click the "Add" button.

  • Click the "OK" button to close the "Shortcut Key" dialog.

  • Click the "OK" button to close the "Keyboard Shortcuts" customization dialog.
Pressing "Ctrl+Shift+Alt+O" (or the assigned keyboard shortcut) will now invoke the File Open Wizard.
