You can access your banner ad statistics report in real-time 24 hours a day. This will give you immediate access to the daily and to-date reports displaying the number of times your advertisement was displayed, the number of times visitors visited your site by clicking on the advertisement and the click-through percentage, using specific table data and approximate bar charts.

Multiple Banners

You can submit up-to three (3) banners for a single product or service that you're advertising (for the same link). These banners will rotate and click-through information for them will be displayed under a single account.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY: Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the advertisement, and/or any material linked through the advertisement. Advertiser represents and warrants that the use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti-discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity. Advertiser agrees to indemnify Chami.com and to hold Chami.com harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by Chami.com, arising out of or related to advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

DELIVERY OF ADS: Chami.com will make a good faith effort to begin displaying banner ads on the start date if applicable. However, advertiser understands that by the nature of online advertising, the advertising campaign's exact start and end dates and the rate of daily impressions delivered may vary due to fluctuations in daily traffic.

REFUND: Any amount paid is not refundable. Chami.com will only provide a refund in the event we do not advertise your banner ad for any reason. If you're purchasing banner ads for the first time, we recommend that you buy a smaller amount for testing purposes.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: In no event will Chami.com be liable to the advertiser for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Chami.com has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These standard terms sets forth the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements and representations between the parties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained herein.

Furthermore, advertising statistics are provided as-is without any guarantees. Chami.com shall not be liable for any claims as they relate to the advertising statistics.

1. Create a banner for your advertisement.

First create a banner (according to the technical specifications mentioned above). Place it on your web site and include its URL in the following order form, OR you can email it to Chami.com advertising after you submit the order (please be sure to include the order number in the email).

2. Place your order online using our secure server.

Simply select an advertising package below. Please note that we must receive your payment up-front before starting to display your advertisement. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is processed, including the necessary information on how to check your reports.

3. View your statistics.

Impressions : Number of times a visitor sees a page and the advertisement on it.

CPM : Cost per thousand [impressions].

Click through percentage : The percentage of impressions that result in visitors clicking on an advertisement to visit your site.
