Adds a wizard for inserting email links with multiple recipients, subject line and optional message text.

Features:

  • Adds a wizard for constructing "mailto:" email links.
     
  • In addition to the primary recipient address, the email link can optionally contain CC/BCC addresses, a subject line and a message body.
     
  • Warns if the link appears to be longer than 400 characters long.

Usage:

  • To insert a mailto link: invoke the plugin, check the fields that should be included in the "mailto:" link and click OK.

How do I install gmMailToLink?

  • Download the "gmMailToLink" plugin and save it to a folder of your choice (for example, c:\webfiles\). It's not necessary to manually extract the *.zip file, HTML-Kit will expand it to the proper folder during the installation.
     
  • Install Plugin
    Select "Install | Install Plugin" from HTML-Kit's "Tools" menu. Point to the downloaded *.zip file and click "Open."
     
  • If any additional prompts appear, follow them to complete the installation.
