Usage:

• To generate multiple pages: invoke the plugin using its icon on the "Batch Actions" tab. Let's assume that the pages can use two custom fields -- one for the page title and another for the email address. Enter "Email" (without quotes) in the green box below the "Field1." Enter "PageTitle" below the "Field2" box. Enter a page title and an email address in the "Page 1 Data" row below the field names. Click "Page Template" and enter a template for the pages. To insert custom data into the template, enter the name of the field inside {{ and }}. For example, enter {{Email}} to insert the custom email and {{PageTitle}} to insert the page title. Click "View Source" to test the generated code (make sure that the cursor is in the "Page 1" row to view code for page 1). Finally click "Generate" to automatically create the individual pages.
