Wraps the selected lines with anchor tags.

Features:

  • Wraps each line in the selected text with an anchor tag (<a href=""> . . .line. . . </a>).
     
  • Option for including one or more user-defined attributes [new].
     
  • User-defined attributes can be turned on/off without having to re-enter [new].
     
  • Plugin output can be sent to the Output window or directly applied to the editor [new].
     
  • Preferences dialog [new].

Usage:

  • To wrap multiple lines with anchor tags: select the lines and invoke the plugin.

How do I install mcLinesToLinks?

  • Download the "mcLinesToLinks" plugin and save it to a folder of your choice (for example, c:\webfiles\). It's not necessary to manually extract the *.zip file, HTML-Kit will expand it to the proper folder during the installation.
     
  •  Install Plugin
    Select "Install | Install Plugin" from HTML-Kit's "Tools" menu. Point to the downloaded *.zip file and click "Open."
     
  • If any additional prompts appear, follow them to complete the installation.
